Our Program Process:
We offer free mentorship to South Sudanese girls focused on leadership development, application assistance and network connections.
Leadership development
With over five years of leadership experience from the founding team alone, we collaborate with our mentors to provide our mentees with lessons on leadership development while providing them opportunities to practice. Combining 7 Mindset techniques, BUILD methods, and graduate-level leadership skills, we provide workshops and opportunities for our mentees to identify their leadership skills and practice them.
Application assistance
Breaking down the application so that the mentees are able to ask questions and work on creating a stellar application with the guided assistance of their mentor. We will assist mentees in complete every part of the application to help them stand out and increase their chances
of gaining admissions.
network connections
Throughout the program, mentees will be given the opportunity to grow as leaders and increase their network. This happens through our guest speaker series whereby we invite guests from various backgrounds to inspire, encourage and share their stories. We then help discuss ways our mentees can outreach and grow their network post-session.
